		<description>I agree, this is pretty shoddy work on the managements part. 

I have to admit they seem to be more focused with upkeep in areas that are visible to the public, such as replacing the elevator doors that were scratched, which is nice and all, however this kind of maintenance is not acceptable and certainly not up to par with what the building deserves.</description>
